From the program for Enchanted April:
ANDREA
FAJRAJSL (Caroline
Bramble) Since first joining Kanata Theatre at the tender age of
14, Andrea has thoroughly enjoyed “treading the boards” with fellow
cast members in
Pygmalion,
As You Like It,
Charlie’s Aunt,
She Stoops to Conquer,
and most recently,
The Uninvited.
Her fondest memory of backstage work involves accidentally nailing
a board to her knee (ouch!). Since then she’s discovered safer occupation
behind the refreshment counter, where she can occasionally be seen
peddling coffee and brownies at intermission. From the program for Blithe Spirit: ANDREA FAJRAJSL (Ruth Condomine) considers herself fortunate to have worked with many great directors, casts, and crew in her 25 years with Kanata Theatre, and this season’s Blithe Spirit is no exception. Some of her fondest acting memories include roles in Pygmalion, She Stoops to Conquer, Charlie’s Aunt, and last year’s Enchanted April. When not on stage, she continues to enjoy the whole KT experience by dabbling in make-up, prompting, set painting, and front-of-house. “It’s all good.” From the program for Jenny's House of Joy: ANDREA FAJRAJSL (Jenny) was last seen on the Kanata Theatre stage as long-suffering wife Ruth Condomine in the 2007 production of Blithe Spirit. Earlier roles include aloof socialite Caroline Bramble in Enchanted April, Pamela of the harassed brother-and-sister duo in The Uninvited, Eliza Doolittle in Pygmalion, wiley Kate Hardcastle in She Stoops to Conquer, and several forays into Shakespeare and musical theatre. When not performing, Andrea is happy to help out with continuity, make-up, front-of-house and set-painting. This page generated on 2013/02/03 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
