From the program for Pack of Lies: DOUG MacDONALD (Stewart) is no stranger to the local theatre and music scenes: however he makes his first appearance with Kanata Theatre, and in a role to die for! Some might say playing a ruthless bureaucrat fits his character, but that’s a discussion for another day. Credits include Vladimir in Waiting for Godot and Browne in James Joyce’s The Dead (Tara Players), Duparquet in La Chauve-souris and Lérida in La Veuve Joyeuse (Théâtre lyrique de Gatineau), chorus in Opera Lyra, and lead roles in The Savoy Society productions of The Pirates of Penzance, The Gondoliers, Iolanthe, and Patience.
